Cardamone graduated from Boston College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, making the Dean’s List every semester his final two years and graduating in the top third of his class. He then received his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University School of Law in 1999 where he won a position on the Villanova Law Sports & Entertainment Law Journal as a result of a writing competition. He has lived in the Philadelphia area his entire life.

Legal fees for an injured worker’s attorney under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act are contingent which means that Attorney Cardamone only receives 20% of wage loss benefits if he 1) wins a claim petition, or 2) successfully defeats a petition to modify, suspend, or terminate benefits, or 3) wins a penalty petition for a violation of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act, or 4) wins a review petition to correct the description of injury or average weekly wage, or 5) settles a case. A fee can only be awarded by Court Order. If an injured worker is already receiving wage loss benefits, Attorney Cardamone will monitor the case at no charge to prevent the employer and insurer from manipulating his clients’ rights, and to best position the case for a fair settlement. There are no out of pocket costs. The firm covers all costs so long as an injured worker remains a client of the firm.
